What a fun and hot day at Battle Mountain Farm! Praying the the best for ya'll as you start your new journey together! These Middle Tennessee Wedding Photographers were so honored to

document your amazing day!

Rebecca and Ashely’s picturesque farm wedding at Battle Mountain Farm in College Grove was a delight from start to finish. The combination of the amazing venue, Rebecca and Ashley’s laid back attitude, and friendly relatives and guests made for such a great day. Yes, it was hot, but I never once heard the bride or groom complain about the heat, nor did it keep them from enjoying their day completely!

If we could photograph at Battle Mountain Farm every weekend, we would be so happy. It is literally so serene, and a photographer’s playground with so many gorgeous spots to take photographs. Also, it has lots of pretty shady areas which are a real blessing during the summer like this wedding. Additionally, the fields, ponds, gazebo, the air conditioned barn and pretty little farm house. – I mean, really??? I could carry on listing all my favorite parts of the venue, but you should just go see it for yourself!

HIGHLIGHTS OF THEIR WEDDING

Some of our favorite highlights from Rebecca & Ashley’s wedding were:

The ceremony - It was very sweet and heartfelt. The bride was walked down the aisle by her mother and father to the song "Thousand Years", which, is very special to them. We also loved that they had a "Sand Ceremony", and included her/their teen children. You can see by the images that they were deeply moved and excited for the next part of their life with Ashley as their "Bonus" dad.

Where the ceremony spot was situated at Battle Mountain Farm means we could get all kinds of beautiful angles without being in the way of anyone. We love that!!

The entrance and dance party - My favorite part of the entrance was Ashley's dad. He was ecstatic and danced all the way into the reception hall! His moves and the look on his face made me giggle!! Rebecca and Ashley's first dance was to "Keeper of the Stars" and was beautiful. Rebecca also did a little jig with her dad on the dance floor before slowing it down and swaying, as he hugged her tight. I teared up as Ashley danced with his mom, they were just precious together. Ashley also pulled his bonus daughter out on the dance floor and they did a little choreographed dance, which was so cute. Rebecca also had a sweet dance with her son, before everyone came onto the dance floor to dance away. I love watching people get down on the dance floor, especially when I see people dance their heart out that otherwise look very reserved. That makes me happy 🙂

Rebecca and Ashely – you two are made for each other. Thank you for being so kind and easy going. Thank you for having us at your beautiful wedding, I hope you enjoy your photos for many many years to come.

Thank you again, to Mr and Mrs Troutman! We pray you are blessed with a joyful marriage!
