Collins and Collins Photography/Middle TN Wedding Photographers in Wartrace, TN at Beau Cheval Venue had the sublime privilege of capturing images and preserving memories at Melondi and Joe's Boho themed wedding! The weather was unfriendly and the sky was definitely blustery, tempestuous, and spitting rain, but it didn't put a damper on the wedding merriment, as it should not. The day went off relaxed with family flying in from Iowa and driving in from the surrounding Middle TN area. The historic home of Beau Cheval was abounding with friends and family in every room!

Couple:  Melondi Plieckhardt and Joe Richardson

Wedding Date:  October 30, 2021

Wedding Location:  Wartrace, Tn at the beautiful Beau Cheval Venue

Matron Of Honor: Misty Hollar

Best Man: Tim Richardson

Ring Bearer: Kasen Jackson

Flower Girl: Nova Burnett

Quick Facts:

Melondi and Joe used a traditional vow and ring ceremony accented by a special wine ceremony to symbolize and celebrate the blending of their two lives into one that read:

This ceremony represents your two individual lives combined like the two wines into one single life. The drinking of the combined wine signifies the commitment you now make to live your lives as one family. May you remember this day the commitment you have sealed with the drinking of the new wine joining your lives as one.

Melondi's something old and new was a ring that has her late son Blake's hair in it. He passed 9 months ago at the age of 24 years old.

Her color palette for her ceremony and reception were Burnt Orange and Dusty Blue with Mercury Grey.

She walked down the aisle to, 'I get to love you' by Ruelle.

Her and Joe's first dance as a married couple was danced to 'Another' by Adam Doleac. She told me that she picked this song because from very early in their relationship that she knew that he was the one and that she fell in love very quickly and that he took a little more time, but she says that she appreciated that it took him a little longer because he wanted to make sure.

Their favorite memory of the whole night is when they saw one another as she walked down the aisle....photos are down below of Joe. Also, she felt peace know that her late son was there in a sense with her and the rest of her family.

Her main advice to other brides is to not to worry so much about the weather, even though the weather was not ideal for their day, their day was perfect in spite of the fact, because in the end it is not about the weather, but the commitment that you are making to one another, and that is beautiful all by itself!

It was a phenomenal day for these TN Wedding Photographers and we are so blessed to have been a part of their special day!

He sees a glimpse of her before everyone stands up

He fully sees her now at the beginning of the aisle

I think I see a small tear
