Bailey and Sam's Outdoor Fall Wedding

Collins and Collins Wedding Photography is forever grateful for the opportunities to travel the country and photograph weddings and our trip to Arkansas to shoot Bailey and Sam’s wedding was one of our favorites.

This adorable couple who were teenage sweethearts chose to get married on Sam’s family ranch, "The Double L". Green pastures, cows, horses and beautiful blue skies where the perfect setting as Bailey and Sam exchanged vows on a deck that was especially built for the occasion, overlooking the pond.

As the bride, who was escorted by her dad, entered into the view of the congregation, she was bathed in the beautiful afternoon light, and looked stunning in her flowing satin white gown. The bridesmaids who wore champagne colored satin dresses were also beautiful. The bridal bouquet was simply elegant with the main flowers being crisp white roses, surrounded by Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, that accentuated the brides natural beauty and contrasted beautifully against the background of the green pastures.

The groom and groomsmen looked handsome in their matching three-piece black suits. The groom wore a classic black tie and his leather boots, accentuated with baby blue, that were a wedding gift from the bride. The groomsmen’s ties matched the ladies champagne dresses and wore derby's.

Bailey and Sam chose to do a first touch and prayer versus a first look. This was a first for us and we absolutely loved the idea. They also included an “Our Story” for guests as they entered the giant white reception tent. Beautifully decorated with white tables clothes, and white chairs, the tables were adorned with more crisp white roses, flickering candles and elegant menu cards. After the newlyweds introduction, guests enjoyed delicious pasta dishes and salads and an open bar while the bride and groom were toasted by their wedding party. The couples first dance was preceded by the groom and his mother, the bride with her brother and the father of the bride. Next, the couple cut and shared their delicious Key Lime flavored cake, the bride tossed the bouquet and the groom tossed the garter before everyone enjoyed a night of dancing and celebration on the dance floor.
