Rachel and Hunter: A Rustic Love Story at Cedar Springs Farm

Love has a way of waiting for the perfect moment, and for Rachel and Hunter, that moment came years after their first meeting. Their story begins at a trail riding barn, where they both enjoyed guided horseback rides. Hunter was smitten with Rachel from the start, but she was in a relationship at the time. Fate, however, had other plans. Years later, their paths crossed again, and this time, Hunter seized the opportunity to win her heart.

Fast forward to February 11th, when Hunter pulled off the ultimate surprise proposal. Rachel, who prides herself on being tough to surprise, was completely caught off guard. With the help of Rachel's best friend, Hunter orchestrated a “photo shoot” featuring their daughter and one of their beloved horses. As Rachel posed for the camera, she turned around to find Hunter down on one knee. It was a moment filled with love, creativity, and the charm of their shared equestrian roots.

When it came time to say “I do,” Rachel and Hunter chose the picturesque Cedar Springs Farm, in Lebanon, TN as their wedding venue. This 1830s frontier farm, with its rustic log cabins and spacious barn, provided the perfect backdrop for their fall-themed wedding. The décor echoed the season, blending natural elements with warm, inviting tones that celebrated the beauty of autumn.

The wedding day began with the bridal party and groomsmen preparing in neighboring log homes on the farm. The girls shared laughter and champagne outside their cabin, the crisp fall air adding a touch of magic to the morning. Meanwhile, the guys gathered next door, offering toasts to calm Hunter’s nerves as he awaited the walk down the aisle.

Every detail of the day reflected Rachel and Hunter’s love for the outdoors and their close-knit community. The ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, surrounded by the charm of the historic farm located in Middle, TN. As the evening unfolded, the celebration continued in the barn, where guests danced under the warm glow of rustic lighting.

The night concluded with a magical exit. Rachel and Hunter walked hand in hand through a tunnel of lights and ribbons held by their loved ones, creating a radiant send-off that was the perfect ending to their special day.

Rachel and Hunter’s love story is one of patience, surprises, and finding joy in the little things—whether on a trail ride or in the glow of a perfect fall evening. Their wedding day was a beautiful reflection of their journey together, and it was an honor to witness and capture their story.

Here’s to Rachel and Hunter—may your days ahead be filled with love, adventure, and a little bit of horse magic. 🐴✨
